Collage Club is a hobby club that is operated by rotating volunteers under the purveyance of the Heartland Cultural Alliance, Inc.; a 501(c)(3) incorporation. The purpose of the Heartland Cultural Alliance, Inc. is to enrich the citizens of Highlands County through arts and culture.

Collage Club submits all donations to the Heartland Cultural Alliance, Inc.

Membership to the Collage Club is Free. Membership to the Heartland Cultural Alliance starts at $5 for students and $25 for members annually.
